General Manager
Geoff Bryant


The General Manager is responsible for all of the overall coordination of the running and general well being of the NFTI Team and its responsibilities. Other duties include maintenance of RTO and AQTF and compliance issues. Geoff is also a qualified trainer for all levels of first aid and regularly conducts courses.

Manager
Louise Bryant


The Manager is responsible for all of the overall running of the administrative functions of NFTI. The position also deals with all aspects of communication with clients, certificate distribution, banking and human resource issues. Louise is a qualified trainer.

Office Manager
Jacqui Lassau


The Office Manager is responsible for all of the overall running of the office and administrative functions of NFTI. The position also deals with all aspects of communication with clients, certificate distribution, banking and human resource issues.

Training Manager
Adrian (AJ) Bryant

The Training Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing all of the NFTI training programs, including AQTF compliance. This position requires face-to-face delivery of all levels of first aid, development of NFTI training programs and ongoing support for all NFTI trainers.

Training and Development Officer
Jenny Muller


The Training and Development Officer is primarily responsible for the delivery of NFTI training programs and also the development of training materials and new products. This position also requires face-to-face delivery of training programs to the general public, construction and corporate clients on or off site.

Client Services
Liz Bryant

The Client Services Officer is primarily responsible for certificate production and inventory control. In addition to this the Client Services Officer is partially responsible for maintaining our client database as well as communication with clients in all aspects. This position supports the Office Manager.

Client Services
Darlene Butcher

The Client Services Officer is primarily responsible for certificate production and inventory control. In addition to this the Client Services Officer is partially responsible for maintaining our client database as well as communication with clients in all aspects. This position supports both the Administration and Client Services Managers.
