Supervise Work in a Confined Space

 

This unit covers supervising work in confined space in resources and infrastructure industries. It includes:

·         preparing for work

·         providing information

·         ensuring that the safety and health of personnel entering and working in a confined space is not affected

·         supervising entry and work

·         implementing emergency and rescue systems

·         withdrawing from confined space and facilitate return to service

The cost of this course is $350 per person.

Duration:

This course is run over one (1) day and includes face to face training with a theory assessment

Pre-Requisites:

RIIOHS202A Enter and Work in Confined Spaces

Delivery:

This course will be delivered in a classroom based environment

Competencies:

Upon successful completion of this course, each student will receive a statement of attainment for the following competency:

 RIIOHS401A Supervise Work in Confined Space

 Suitable for: Anyone who is or will be supervising work in a Confined Space. This course is suitable for anyone new to the industry and anyone coming back to the industry after an extended period of time.
